We built the tool we couldn't buy

SYNQE comes out of event operations, not enterprise software. The pattern that produced it is familiar to anyone who has run a show: security on radios, medical on a different channel, production on WhatsApp, and a spreadsheet that becomes the incident report at 3am. Everyone is working hard. Nobody has the same picture.

The gap we're closing

Two gaps, actually

Production is left out
Computer-aided dispatch platforms are built for safety and security. That's who they're sold to and who they're designed around. But at a live event, production controls the thing that actually generates the incidents: the show. A stage delay is a crowd-density problem; a barrier decision is a medical one. SYNQE is built so production operations and safety stakeholders share the same live record, rather than reconciling two afterwards.
You can't find out what it costs
This category runs on sales calls and quotes. Nobody publishes a price, which means a two-day regional festival is priced by the same process as a stadium, and small operators simply never find out whether they could afford it. Our prices are on the pricing page. You can read them without talking to us, and you can start without a discovery call.
Who it's for

Anyone who has to coordinate with someone else

Security, medical, production, venue operations and third-party agencies, including the case where those teams work for different companies and still have to run one event together.

Security teams
Dispatch, resourcing, and a defensible log
Medical & first aid
Patient jobs, locations, handover records
Production
Runsheet, show timing, cross-team notes
Venue operations
Facilities jobs, multi-level site plans
Agencies
Multiple clients, isolated per organisation
Role-specific pages for each of these are planned but not built: tell us which one you'd find useful.
