A deployment that stays live past 45 days isn't an event any more; it's ongoing operations. It converts to the venue model below at the month-to-month rate, billed monthly for the remaining duration, on the tier that matches your active user count.

How billing works
You pay for people who turn up
Billed on login, not on invite
A user becomes billable the moment they log in during the event or billing cycle. Provision your whole roster in advance: the ones who never sign in are never charged.
View-only is free, always
Stakeholders who only need to watch the picture (client reps, venue management, agency principals) cost nothing and carry a visible View Only badge in the interface.
After a per-event package ends
Fourteen days of full access to finish reports and exports. After that, everyone reverts to view-only: your record stays available, the billing stops. Venue plans keep full historical access permanently.
Payments handled by Stripe
Card payments and monthly subscription billing run through Stripe. Receipts and tax invoices are issued automatically, and card details never touch our servers. Larger venue accounts can be invoiced instead.
Questions people actually ask
Why isn't this priced by attendance, or by seats we provision?
Attendance is a poor proxy: a 60,000-person show with two coordinating teams is a simpler operation than a 3,000-person one with six. And billing for provisioned seats punishes you for the way event staffing actually works: rosters churn, people are added days out, and half of them never sign in. So we bill on activation instead, a user counts only once they log in during the event or cycle, and view-only stakeholders are free and unlimited.
What counts as an activated user?
Anyone who logs in with a working account during the event or calendar month. Invite as many people as you like; only the ones who sign in count. View-only accounts never count.
Is anything held back on the cheaper plans?
No. Mapping, evidence packs, the tamper-evident audit trail and role-based access are in every plan. The tiers differ on how many people can use it and how long your access runs, not on what the platform can do.
What if we exceed our tier mid-month?
Nothing stops working. Additional activated users are billed at your tier's overage rate on the next cycle. If you're consistently above Standard's range, moving to Pro is usually cheaper. The calculator above shows the crossover.
Do we have to commit for a year?
No. Month-to-month is available on both venue tiers at 15% above the committed rate. Switch the toggle above to see it. Per-event packages carry no commitment at all.
